WARRANTY: Customer has 3 months/10,000 MI from date of invoice to contact for warranty or concerns regarding LABOR services performed. We will honor parts manufacturer warranties if available, otherwise NASON VEHICLE SERVICES LLC does not warranty parts.

NASON VEHICLE SERVICES WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE US DO A DIAGNOSTIC. Example: A customer calls us out to replace a wheel bearing, but it turns out the wheel bearing wasn’t the problem and they ask for a refund or a discount because of it. We always ask and recommend that you have us do a diagnostic first to confirm the issue!
